3. Product Warranties
Limited Warranty:
LINK485 products come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LINK485 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

All intellectual property rights in LINK485 products, services, and content (including but not limited to software, hardware designs, documentation, and trademarks) are owned by Ahoys Systems Pvt Ltd or its licensors.

7. Support and Updates
We strive to provide software updates and technical support for our products. However, we reserve the right to discontinue support for older product versions with reasonable notice.
